That pursuant to Report OEAC-24-37, the Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee reconsider its previous decision of April 2, 2024 concerning Item OEAC-24-28 regarding a tour of the Second Marsh. (Requires 2/3 vote of members present.) Motion
