That the recommendation concerning Report OATAC-23-28 be amended to add Part 2 and 3 as follows: 'That the 2024 update of the Oshawa Active Transportation Master Plan include a comparison of the projections in the 2015 Plan and the 2024 actual progress to date; and, That as part of the updated Oshawa Active Transportation Master Plan process, an annual progress report on the plan be produced that is presented annually to the Oshawa Active Transportation Advisory Committee, the Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee, the Oshawa Accessibility Advisory Committee, the Community Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and Oshawa City Council as well as published for public information.'
