That the Community and Operations Services Committee recommend to City Council: That in accordance with Report CO-24-27, dated May 2, 2024, the 2024 Update to the Parks, Recreation, Library and Culture Facility Needs Assessment be endorsed. A request was made to vote on Section 7 of Attachment 1 separately from Sections 1 to 6 and Section 8 due to Councillor Neal's Declaration of Pecuniary Interest. The vote to adopt Sections 1 to 6 and Section 8 as outlined in Attachment 1 to Report CO-24-27 concerning the 2024 Update to the Parks, Recreation, Library and Culture Facility Need Assessment.
